I accept payments via Paypal or Direct Checkout using your credit or debit card.

After placing an order:
✔ Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as I'm unable to redirect goods once they are on their way to you.

Delivery Policy

✈ INTL All items are send by international letter by Royal Mail. To tracking shipping choose Shipping Upgrades.
INTL shipping takes up to 7 business days.
Additional costs e.g. customs duties, are the responsibility of the buyer.

✈ UK All items are send by Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class.
UK shipping takes up to 3 business days.

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after payment received.

✉ After I have shipped your order, you will be given a tracking number via email, if you chose this shipping option.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Refund Policy

For all shipping, I have Proof of Delivery. I cannot be held responsible for not delivery, delays or lost items by the post. I am unable to provide refunds for packages which are missing, so please consider tracking option when you place your order. This is available as a shipping upgrade as you checkout.

• Returns can only be arranged within 14 days after receipt.

• All personalised products purchased in my shop are not eligible for return
  or exchange.
